Tom began playing drums at the age of 11 and took lessons with Richard Pells at the Drum Academy in Leicester. At the age of 18 Tom was on the road touring Europe with the successful Belgium band Mother Hubbard. Tom developed his craft and learnt the ropes as a successful professional drummer with numerous TV, studio and festival appearances. Fast forward, and Tom established East Midlands Drum Tuition, offering drum tuition to students in the East Midlands. In addition to this Tom works as a music educator and gigging drummer. Tom completed his degree in Music at Demontfort University (BA Hons 1st Class Degree) and then completed his QTS teaching qualification. Tom has played for: Sophia Marshall, The Ross Hillard Ensemble, Ben Haynes, Mod Story and 7StoreySoul. Tom is proud to endorse Code Drum Heads, Dream Cymbals and Los Cabos Drumsticks.
